3:30 Wild Hunt Morris
The Wild Hunt Bedlam Morris blend ancient North European Mythology and English Border Morris dance. Our aim is to capture some of the original mystique and magic of our past for our audience. We hope you enjoy the spectacle and the robust English folk music that accompanies it.

The team was formed in September 1991, meeting (appropriately) in the shadow of a hill known as Bedlams Bank at Merstham, Surrey. Last year, we marked the 16th anniversary of The Wild Hunt's foundation when the team celebrated in style by dancing at the annual Mayor's Thames Festival on London's South Bank.

We are a mixed team of dancers and musicians. New dancers and musicians - experienced or beginners - are always welcome to join us and have a go. We meet in Croydon at 8pm every Tuesday evening. Please call or e-mail for details.

If you would life to know what we are all about, why not take a look at our Picture Gallery to get a flavour of our performance style.

 Spells and How They Work

I was initiated in 1982 in Sussex and i ran covens in and around Cardiff in the 1980's /early 90's......I am now retired from covens but still occasionally train people on a 1-2-1 basis.  My wiccan claim to fame is that I was the last "first-line" alexandrian - ie I was the last person trained by Alex Sanders in the early 1980's. These days i write a lot in the pagan press and in the past have contributed to Witchcraft & Wicca, pagan Dawn, The Cauldron, The Pentacle, Silver Wheel, Stone Temple and the broomstick  to name a few.  I am a member of two druid orders as well as the Rosicrucian Order that was the forerunner of the Golden Dawn.
